Vintage Christian Academy Summer Camps 2024
Vintage Christian Academy (VCA) is offering four weeks of thematic summer camps, each designed to engage campers in activities that are both fun and educational. The camps, hosted on-site at Vintage Church, will run from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM and are open to children in grades Pre-K to 8th Grade. Please see below for each week's description.
Week 1 | Science Unleashed | June 17-21
Turn your camp into a mad scientist's laboratory with wacky experiments and hands-on activities. Campers will be studying different sciences each day, including physics, space exploration, forensics, geology, and chemistry. This week will be filled with fun experiments, memorable lessons, and a whole lot of fun!
Week 2 | American Patriot Week | June 24-28
Discover the Past, Embrace the Spirit: American Patriot Week - Where Campers Dive into the Heart of American Heritage! Come and learn what makes America great and the history behind some of our greatest heroes. George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, and the American Spirit that won our freedom and made America back to back World War Champions.
Week 3 | Art Around the World | July 1-3, 5
Explore different art forms and techniques from various cultures around the world. Each day will focus on a different continent, with corresponding art projects. Students will learn about different art techniques, where they came from, and will come away artists! We look forward to days filled with fun, learning, and great activities! There will not be camp on Thursday, July 4, because of the holiday. Therefore, the cost for this camp will be $120 for that week only.
Week 4 | Adventure Quest | July 8-12
Explore the outdoors with this awesome week spent studying nature, the outdoors, how to grow plants, and how to have fun outdoors! Adventure quest will challenge students into the spirit of adventure. Fun experiments, outdoor activities, learning and growing are all on the menu for this week's adventurers!
The cost will be $150 a week or you can purchase “Summer Fun Pack” which is all 4 weeks of summer camp for $450.
You can also receive a 20% Sibling Discount when you register more than one child in your family.
Each child will to pack a morning snack, water, sunscreen, and lunch. We will provide an afternoon snack.

VCA Fireworks Stand Serve
Join us at our vibrant fireworks stand and play a pivotal role in supporting Vintage Christian Academy!
By volunteering with us, you become a crucial part of Vintage Church’s broader mission, not just supporting spiritual development, but also championing academic achievement and Biblical education.
Whether you can spare a whole or half-day, your time is a priceless contribution towards realizing the potential of our students. With every shift volunteered, you’re helping us to fund vital expansions, grant scholarships, and meet the essential supply needs of all our students this coming fall.
The Firework Stand is located at the Vintage Church Harker Heights location, on the corner of FM 439 & FM 3219! Our operating hours are Monday - Saturday at 12:00PM - 9:00PM and Sunday at 9:30AM - 9:00PM every week. On July 4 the hours will be extended to 10:00AM - Midnight.

All middle school and high schoolers are invited to Summer Games at Gatti's Pizza in Killeen, where students come together for games, connection, and competition. Students will receive an arcade game card with access to the arcade and buffet.
Facility Serve Day | Harker Heights
Come join us for the Harker Heights Location Facility Serve Day on Saturday, July 13 from 8:00AM-12:00PM. We will be working together on various projects throughout our facility and to support the There Is More project. Childcare, breakfast and coffee will be provided.
Kids Con | The Greatest Treasure
Running July 15-18 | 6:00PM - 9:00PM
Get ready for an exciting adventure at this year’s Kids Con on July 15th-18th at 6pm! Each evening, kids will embark on a thrilling journey to uncover the most valuable treasure of all. Join us as we take on exciting challenges in search of the ultimate prize. With a mix of adventure, discovery, and faith, Kids Con will be an unforgettable experience! Register your kids to join us as we set off on a quest to find the greatest treasure of all time!
Parents, join us on the final night of Kids Con for a special presentation and hang out afterwards for our Family Fun Night, full of activities and fun for the whole family!

Fish Camp | Hosted by Forged
Men, are you ready to reel in an unforgettable experience? Join us for Fish Camp, a men’s retreat hosted by Forged and designed to strengthen your faith, build lasting friendships, and provide a fun and engaging escape from the daily grind.
Fish Camp will take place September 13-15 at Bolivar Peninsula near Galveston and will include three practical workshop sessions with Pastor Stephen and a saltwater fishing excursion. Whether you’re a seasoned angler or new to fishing, you’ll enjoy the thrill of the catch and the camaraderie that comes with it. All gear will be provided, and a guide will direct the fishing trip, so no experience is necessary. The cost to attend is $400 and includes lodging and meals. Spots are limited, so register today to secure your place

Dedicating a child is a special moment where parents acknowledge God in the way they raise and nurture the child being dedicated. Parents make a commitment before God and the church to prioritize their faith and to raise their children according to God's pattern seen throughout the Bible. As a church family, we join parents in prayer that one day, because of their example, their children will trust and follow Jesus.
The dedication will take place during the 6:30PM Midweek Service.

Join us for a powerful Worship Night at our final Midweek before summer, as we celebrate Water Baptisms and Parent & Child Dedications. If you’ve committed your life to Jesus and haven’t been water baptized, we encourage you to obey Jesus’ command to be baptized in this public profession of faith.
We will also be celebrating and praying over families as they acknowledge and make a commitment to raise their child(ren) being dedicated, according to God’s pattern seen throughout the Bible. If you have a child(ren) you would like to dedicate, you can register today.

Parents Night Out | May 11
Parents, enjoy some time to yourselves while the kiddos have a great time in a safe, fun, and loving environment!
Pizza will be provided for lunch. If your child has special dietary needs, please provide their meal in a container labeled with your child's name. This event is open to kids ages 6 months to 11 years old. The cost is $18.00 for the first child and $15.00 for each additional child.
Parents must pick up their children no later than 7:00PM. Registration is limited and closes Wednesday, May 9, so be sure to register your child today!

Wiser | Leadership Small Group
In this eight-week course, you will learn biblical principles about building wealth and honoring God with your most valuable resource, your life. Everyone manages their money; you can manage it wiser.
One-time registration fee of $29. Price includes a Wiser Book and Course Workbook. All sessions will be hosted at the Harker Heights location with a teaching, personal reflection, and group discussion. Childcare is available upon registration.
Easter At Vintage Church

9th Annual Eggstravaganza
Easter EGGstravaganza is a free, community-wide Easter egg hunt hosted by Vintage Church. We have hosted this all-city event for the past eight years and every year it attracts thousands of families from around the Bell County area and beyond. This year, Easter EGGstravaganza will be held on Saturday, March 30th from 10:00am-2:00pm at Harker Heights Community Park!

Letter To The American Church Movie Showing
We are excited to host a showing of Letter to the American Church, on Wednesday, March 10 from 6:30-8:00PM, at our Harker Heights Location. This film is based on a best selling book written by Eric Metaxas, including several leading conservative voices of today, explaining how cultural Marxism has taken over America, including the church.
This film is a wake-up call to the church to stand up and speak out against the evil that is manifesting in our country, giving practical examples on how to take action and turn our country back to freedom, liberty, and ultimately, God Himself.
