Kick off America 250 weekend at Vintage Church Harker Heights on Friday, July 3 from 6:00–8:00 PM with a patriotic film screening you won't want to miss. We're rolling out the popcorn machines, putting your American history knowledge to the test with some pre-show trivia, and creating a warm, celebratory night to enjoy together.
Settle in for a feature film that sets the tone for the weekend ahead.

Join us on Saturday, July 4 from for a community cookout marking America 250 weekend at Vintage Church — the kind of afternoon that smells like the grill, sounds like laughter, and feels like home. We'll have BBQ available — burgers, brats, and hot dogs — and the rest of the table is up to us. Sign up to bring a side or drinks potluck-style and let's fill it out together.
We'll have inflatable water games, yard games, and corn hole going all afternoon — plenty for kids to run wild and grown-ups to settle in with a plate.
We'll pause to anchor the day in what we're celebrating: the Pledge of Allegiance and the National Anthem. As the evening winds down, we'll hand out sparklers, with our Fireworks Fundraiser woven throughout the day.

Close out America 250 weekend with us on Sunday, July 5 as Freedom Sunday takes place at all Vintage Church locations during regular Sunday services. It's a powerful, impactful morning honoring America's Judeo-Christian roots, God's plan for nations, and the providential story of our country.
Worship will feature Americana hymns like God Bless America and It Is Well with My Soul, a special performance of the National Anthem, and a dedicated national prayer segment for our leaders. Our Vintage Kids and Vintage Christian Academy students will open the service with an on-stage recitation, followed by military honors and testimonies from those who have served.
