The Guest Experience Team at Vintage Church plays a vital role in helping guests feel welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive. Whether greeting at the doors, assisting in the parking lot, or helping guests find their seats, every interaction is an opportunity to show the love of Christ and create a positive experience. Guided by a commitment to hospitality, kindness, and attentiveness, this team helps guests feel at home and ready to connect with God. Joining the Guest Experience Team means making a meaningful impact and creating a warm atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors. Team Positions

  • Greeters have a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ability to answer questions and direct guests to various areas of the church.

  • The hospitality team has a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ability to answer more specific questions about Vintage Church and help guests sign up for events and courses. They also manage spaces such as the guest suite, new mom’s room, serve team HQ, and playscape.

  • The Parking Team is positioned in the parking lot give guests their first impression of our church. The parking team is responsible for keeping a steady flow of traffic, and ensuring our guests are able to park safely and efficiently.

  • The Host Team helps to manage the auditorium to ensure a clean, welcoming and excellent space so guests can focus on the service. They welcome people with a smile, friendly attitude, and escort them to a seat or hand notes and other resources out at the entrance to the auditorium.
